SNJ Rabbitry is an ARBA registered rabbity located in Langley B.C.
We raise purebred and fully pedigreed Holland Lops and Netherland Dwarfs. We strive toward producing all the fun colours while still working on type. Our main focus is temperament and ensuring our bunnies make great little pets you get to bring home!

Pickup is in Langley BC however we do offer cargo shipping to anywhere in Canada! Please check out our Transportation page for more info. Any needed transport is to be stated before placing a deposit on a bunny.

We are a CLOSED rabbitry. This means that we do not allow any in-person meets to select a bunny. This is to protect my rabbitry and the baby bunnies from contracting any virus/illness from visitors. We are happy to answer and questions as well as send photos and videos of your bunny!

All of our bunnies are fully pedigreed.
Pedigrees can be purchased at an additional cost to approved breeding homes. While we prefer my bunnies to go to pet homes only,  we are willing to sell to reputable breeders! Bunnies that are sold as pets, must stay as pets.
Pedigrees are to be purchased at the time of sale when breeding rights have been agreed upon. All pedigrees are correct to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale and are not to be altered in any way.

We are picky about where we place our bunnies, you may be subjected to us asking multiple questions before we decide if you are a good fit for one of our bunnies. We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone for any reason.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a bunny from us, any minors must have a parent contact us. 

Deposits and Payment:

Our bunnies vary in price depending on breed, quality, colour, sex and a few other factors. Our current prices range from $100-400. 

Our bunnies are reserved/sold at a first come first serve basis.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve/hold a bunny. This deposit goes towards the total amount of your bunny. Deposits are non-refundable and non transferrable, we do not hold any bunny without this deposit.
We only accept deposits through Interact E-Transfer and additional form is required to be filled out so I can have your info saved.
Any remaining balance is due before the bunny leaves our possession whether that be at pick up or 24hrs before the arranged flight departs. 

We will hold a bunny with a deposit for up to 1 week (7 days) past their ready to go home date only if stated at the reservation time. A bunny can be held longer if needed, but we require a boarding fee of $20 per week to hold. This boarding fee must be paid in full up front in order to be held longer. 

If you do not pick up your bunny on the pick up date or other arranged date made, We will assume you forfeit the bunny and we have the right to re-list it. You will not be refunded as deposits are non-refundable. 

All sales are final once the bunny leaves our possession. There are no refunds, replacements or exchanges. If you change your mind and decide you no longer want your bunny, your deposit is forfeited and will not be returned.

If something happens to your bunny while in our care we will always be transparent with what is going on. In some cases you we can discuss a refund of your deposit or you can choose an available replacement bunny of the same value.

Spay/Neuter Policy:

If we have sold you a bunny with breeding rights this does not apply to you.
If your bunny has been sold to you as a pet only, this DOES apply to you.

We only sell intact bunnies, this means you will want to spay/neuter your bunny from us. You are required to get your bunny spayed/neutered within the first year of its life. This must be done by an experienced vet. Bunnies are considered exotic animals so it's important you find a vet that works with bunnies in your area. We can recommend a reputable spay/neuter clinic here in our area where prices are reasonable. Please keep in mind this is an extra expense to be made by you as a responsible bunny owner.

Any bunny we sell is healthy to the best of our knowledge. We won't allow any bunny to leave unless we are positive that they are thriving and don't have any concerns. You are also responsible for looking your bunny over at pickup. Failure to do so, does not fall on us.

​A bunny is a responsibility like any other pet and it is up to you to do the proper research and to prepare the proper set up for your new bunny. If you can no longer care for your bunny, please keep in mind that we may not always be able to take them back due to biosecurity reasons and limited cage space. We recommend that you place an ad on Kijiji to find your bunny a suitable home. We are always more than happy to help find your bunny a home by posting a story on our Instagram page!
 
We do not guarantee type, temperament, adult weight/size, etc. Our bunnies are handled and socialized starting from a young age. It is up to you to continue to handle and socialize your bunny so they can get used to you.

The sex of the bunny is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Although we check multiple times before reservations and before they leave for their new homes, it is your responsibility to check the gender and health at pick up, as there are no refunds once the bunny leaves my possession.

By placing a deposit on a bunny this signifies that the buyer has agreed to all the terms in this policy whether he/she has actually read it or not!

Additional things to note:

Each one of our bunnies being picked up locally will come with some transition feed, hay, digital birth certificate and will have been dewormed with their nails freshly trimmed. For bunnies being sent through cargo shipping, they come with some transition feed. We as breeders offer lifetime support and are always here to answer any questions or concerns you may have!

At pickup, please bring a carrier or a cardboard box with a blanket for the ride home.

After you have reserved your bunny, we do our best to send updated photos occasionally! however they are time consuming and sometimes life gets busy  so please be patient and we will get your photos or video to you as soon as possible :)
